Wings In Flight has spent nearly two decades building one of Oklahoma’s most respected private-land whitetail hunting programs. Established in 2006, the operation manages more than 83 whitetail sets, a robust feed program, and strategically developed food sources across private farms and fields.

The result is a hunt built on realistic expectations, honest management, and mature Oklahoma bucks. Hunters commonly take deer in the 135"–175" class, with larger bucks appearing each season. Every sit is guided by real-time Tactacam Reveal Pro cellular camera intel, ensuring you’re in the right place at the right time.

• 5 nights of lodging at the Wings In Flight Lodge
• 4.5 full days of guided whitetail hunting

Hunting Setups & Property Features

You may hunt from:

• 15 Muddy Bull Tower Blinds (10’ towers with panoramic windows)
• 25 Maverick 6-Shooter hard-shell blinds
• ~5 custom tower blinds
• ~50 ladder stands (single- & two-man)
• Select Millennium M50 hang-on stands

Supporting infrastructure:

• HB 1,000-lb spin feeders
• 1,500–8,000 lb gravity feeders
• Bait sites and destination feed plots
• Ag ground with wheat, milo, corn, and alfalfa
• All sites monitored with solar, timed Tactacam Reveal Pros

Saddle Hunting:

• Allowed only during the rut (Oct 31–Nov 20) in select pinch points.
• Not permitted early October due to feeder-conditioning disruption.

Maximum Group Size: 8 hunters (always private).

The Wings In Flight Lodge

Your stay includes access to the Wings In Flight Lodge, a restored historic landmark originally built as a pre-statehood bank in Billings, Oklahoma.

The lodge now comfortably sleeps up to 17 guests across five bedrooms, outfitted with a mix of single beds and bunk beds ideal for private hunting groups. Three full bathrooms with standing showers make it easy for everyone to unwind after long sits.

Located just off I-35, the lodge is under an hour from Stillwater and approx. 90 minutes from Oklahoma City or Wichita.

• 50% deposit required at booking

Group Pay enforced:

• Group leader books & pays for one spot
• Remaining hunters pay individually via shared link
• Unclaimed spots automatically charge to the group leader before the hunt
• Balance due before arrival

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your booking, your deposit is non-refundable. However, you may transfer your deposit to another available date at the outfitter’s discretion. Wings In Flight will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date, but rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on availability.
